Ichigo beat kenpachi because Tite Kubo loves using plotkai. Which basically means Ichigo won because... well, he is Ichigo. He gets bankai in 3 days because, that is the method Urahara made and we can't wait 100 years in an anime that would take too long, so Tite kubo did this. Uryu got his quincy powers by being struck with a quincy arrow really close to his heart, that is the only way to get your powers back as a quincy... Chad is useless because, it adds tp the development of characters... well if u mean the current fillers idk, and idc because they kick ass..
